Class Sketchbook - Hands

In todays lesson we practiced drawing hands using shapes to create the hand. We drew realistic and cartoon hands.The first picture shows my attempt at realistic hands. The hand on the left is my favourite out of the bunch, but the thumb is a bit messed up.

The picture below is my attempt at cartoon hands. I felt comfortable drawing cartoon hands as they were easier to draw as I didn't have to focus on the correct proportions etc.
